Benefits of investment: The Trust offers individual investors the opportunity to combine their funds with funds of other investors to collectively invest primarily in loans secured by registered first mortgages over real estate.

The Trust is structured as a unit trust, and issues Units to Unitholders (investors). By investing in the Trust, investors subscribe for Units. Currently, each Unit is issued at the price of $1.00 per Unit, so if an investor invests $5,000 in the Trust, they will receive 5,000 Units. Distributions are paid quarterly, after the last business day of February, May, August and November each year.

Investment risks: As with any investment there are risks. Mayne has identified the risks relevant to investments in the Trust and has detailed these in the Product Disclosure Statement.

Withdrawal rights: The Trust is currently operating as a non-liquid managed investment scheme. While there is no obligation to do so, Mayne is currently offering regular periodic withdrawal opportunities.

Communication with investors includes:

A notice confirming each investment

A quarterly transaction statement

An annual statement of distributions paid

Regular investor newsletter – The Mayne News

Regular Fund Performance updates posted on our web site.

Other Trust information subject to periodic change and not materially adverse may be posted on this website. Hard copies of this information can be provided to investors by contacting Mayne on 02 6622 4236.

* The distribution rate is determined by the performance of the Fund in the previous three months. Investors should note that past performance is not a reliable indicator of the performance of the Fund.
