Before investing with us please read the Product Disclosure Statement first and seek independent financial advice.

A hard copy of the PDS can be obtained from our Lismore or Ballina offices or  by phoning us on (02) 6622 4236  to arrange for us to post a copy to you.

New Investors: To invest with Mayne Investment Ltd complete the Application Form at the back of the Product Disclosure Statement and forward it together with a personal cheque, bank cheque or money order to: Perpetual Nominees Limited, c/- Mayne Investments Limited, Level 1, 29 Molesworth Street, Lismore NSW 2480.

Before sending the Application Form to us, carefully note the identification verification mentioned on the back page of the Application Form. For individual investors a photocopy of your current drivers licence is preferred. For other entities please contact our office for details.
